Take Action
Several ways to stay involved, share your concerns, and follow developments on the BECI 765 kV Transmission Line Project. Use the resources below to participate in the process, contact decision-makers, and stay informed.
Contact Midcontinent Grid Solutions
Midcontinent Grid Solutions (MGS) is developing the proposed BECI Project. Landowners and community members can contact MGS directly with questions, concerns, or comments regarding the proposed project and route.
Contact Your Federal Representatives
You can also contact your representatives in the U.S. House and U.S. Senate to share concerns or request information about federal energy policy, interstate transmission infrastructure, and related issues.
Contact Your State Representatives
Wisconsin residents can contact their State Assembly representative and State Senator to share their views and ask questions about transmission policy, property rights, and issues affecting their communities.
LWLCA also provides a sample representative email to help you organize the points you want to communicate.
Participate in the Wisconsin PSC Process
The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin offers members of the public opportunities to follow cases, review filings, and submit comments when a public comment period is open.
When submitting comments, be sure to identify the appropriate docket and explain how the proposed project may affect you, your property, or your community.
